A splendid farm of approximately 940,000.00 square metres, on the Maremma hills just 20 km from the sea and the promontory of Argentario, in a natural and historical context of great value, the land of the Etruscans.
The farm centre located in the centre of the large plot of land is made up of various buildings, partly residential, partly for guests of the farm and the remaining buildings are used for production activities (wine-making with oak barrels, the cheese factory, and animal breeding)
The agritourism activity for guests is distributed between three buildings, two of which overlook the swimming pool located in a panoramic area, from which beautiful sunsets can be seen. The two buildings have a total of 12 en-suite rooms; the third building on the ground floor houses the communal rooms (with restaurant, reading room).
The land entirely surrounds the buildings and this also allows for beautiful horse riding within the farm. Part of the land is made up of vines in production, about 7 hectares, another 16 hectares are made up of woods and the remaining part knows land suitable for cultivation
