Old stone farmhouse of approx. 700 sqm, consisting of several communicating bodies, partly on two floors, located at the foot of the village of Roccasrtada, on the beautiful and fascinating Maremma hills
The cottage is accompanied by a large garden park of about 10,000 sqm, which borders on a stream on one side.
The two-storey part of the farmhouse, the older one, has a surface area of approximately 350 sqm, and the two floors are connected only by an external stone staircase. The interiors are finished and many rooms have been partly divided with beautiful stone and brick arches, but the subdivision of the individual rooms is missing
The ground floor has the same characteristics as the upper floor, but is connected with is directly connected with the second, more recently built body
The initial design envisaged the creation of communal lounges and shared spaces for guests
A new design is needed to complete the work
