What we do: we research and select properties sold at judicial auctions (we exclude those with complex or significant issues). And we propose their purchase with our consultancy service (legal and technical).

- analyse with the client any problems with building regulations (these vary from region to region)
- we contact the judicial offices to inspect the property
- assistance with credit institutions (it is usually necessary to open a current account in Italy)
- we prepare the documentation for participation in the auction
- assistance of clients at the auction session
- deposit and collection of documents at the court
Over time, we have developed partnerships with experienced restoration technicians, construction companies and banking institutions.

Conditions

The contract we offer has simple and clear terms and conditions:
Before signing any assignment we will accompany you to view the property(s) you are interested in, and if you decide you want to proceed with our assistance we propose these conditions:
- Expense allowance upon signing the contract,
- Participation in three attempts at auction for a period of 6 months,
- Only if the auction is successful: final payment, from which the fixed fee already paid for the advance payment will be deducted.
The final payment will be calculated on the appraised value of the property indicated in the Court's appraisal
